How long does a typical project take?
Most new-build projects take 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly content and photos come together on your end.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do, completely. Your domain, your hosting account, your content, and the code and files themselves, handed over at launch. Nothing is held back to keep you as a client.
If you take an ongoing support plan, we keep a login so we can make the changes you ask for. That is the only access we hold, you can see it in your own user list, and it ends the day you say so. Any other developer can pick the site up from there.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. Hosting is included in every ongoing support plan, or it can be set up on an account you control if you'd rather manage it yourself.
How many revisions are included?
Two full rounds of revisions are included in every project before launch. Small tweaks after that are handled as part of ongoing support.
What hours do you work, and how fast do you reply?
U.S. business hours, Monday to Friday. The working day here is set to the American one, not the other way round, which is why the call times above are already in your time zone rather than somebody else's.
Messages get a reply within one business day. If a site we look after goes down, that is not a business-hours question and it does not wait for one.
Will my site work on mobile?
Every site is designed mobile-first. Most pet owners are searching from their phone, often mid-panic, so mobile isn't an afterthought here.
Do you work with clinics outside the U.S.?
No. Vetfluence builds exclusively for U.S. veterinary clinics, so every design decision is built around that one market.
